Vinyasa

Vinyasa is one of the more athletic kinds of yoga as a class will focus on fluid movements between different poses. The practice comes from the Ashtanga style and the intention is to link your breath to your movements during the class. As such, it’s also sometimes called ‘Flow Yoga.’

Benefits

Vinyasa classes are great if you want to keep yourself moving and energized. Since no two Vinyasa classes are the same, it’s great if you love variation.
