To get into Child’s Pose, start on your hands and knees. Then make your knees wider than your hips and have your big toes touch. Another variation is to keep the knees together. Most people find child’s pose with wide-spread knees more comfortable and just as effective. Slowly bring your hips to your heels and walk your hands forward as you rest your head down. Be sure to do all this at the speed that is right for you.
