Welcome to my website. I wanted to give all yogi’s a place where they could go for anything yoga-related.  We offer everything from accessories for your yoga practice to books on the philosophy of yoga.  We hope you find whatever it is that your mind and body are looking for.

My Story

I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years now.  As you can imagine, my practice has evolved over the years.  I started off not knowing anything about yoga.  I took my first yoga class “by accident”.  I walked into a class at my gym, which was labeled as “Pilates” on the schedule but upon entering the room, the teacher told me that it was going to be yoga just this one time.  She convinced me to stay and the rest is history, as they say.

After that, I was hooked on yoga and continued to practice and build my skills, flexibility, and strength.  I started off by practicing only hot vinyasa flow, but in the last several years, my practice has grown tremendously. In 2017, I became a RYT200 certified yoga instructor.  Since then, I’ve expanded my practice to include other forms of yoga such as yin, restorative, khundalini and iyengar yoga.  I also now regularly practice in non-hot rooms, which I find to be a nice change from the hot, almost 100 degree room!  There are unique benefits to each practice and you can choose to practice various forms or stick to only one!


My Hope For You

My hope is that I will inspire you to try taking a yoga class.  You can add it to existing workouts or embark on a completely new experience.  I would love to spread the love of yoga to all beings everywhere.  Like it has done for myself, I know yoga calms the mind and strengthens the body.  Yoga puts us into a meditative state which eases anxieties and diminishes the worries of everyday life.  It has done this for me and my hope is that it can do this for each and every one of you.


My Mission

My mission and reason for this website is that everyone will find the tools they need to begin or advance his/her own practice.  This may mean finding the right mat on which to practice.  Some mats work better in hot rooms while others are better in non-hot rooms.  Or this may mean finding a book to read about the philosophy of yoga.  This book may touch your soul in a way that you never imagined.  Or maybe you’ll find the perfect water bottle to use in a hot class where you are losing tons of water.  Whatever the item you are looing for, this is the place to find it!
